The hotel does not provide it's own airport shuttle transportation. However, they recommend that guests utilize either of the companies listed below for transfers between the hotel and SFO or OAK. This is much more affordable than taking a cab, which costs up to $120 each way.

Visas

If you need a visa to attend IWASEP, please send your request for a letter in support of a visa application to iwasep9@gmail.com and include your name, affiliation, mailing address, and fax number. Indicate that you plan to attend IWASEP (if you give a talk or present a paper, you should also include the title).

Excursion

We are planning an excursion on the afternoon of the next-to-last day to a winery in a castle in Napa Valley http://www.castellodiamorosa.com. If you wish to participate in the tour and wine tasting, the cost is $45. We would supply transportation.
